If an existing product does not fully meet requirements, customer liaison with our technical sales staff permits us to design and develop appropriate solutions for customers' applications.
We are able to supply complete hose assembly solutions involving injection-moulded endfittings and/or handles and have the ability to design these items for customers, along with any necessary tooling that may be required.
Once a project is under way, our technical sales staff liaise closely with the customer, gaining agreement on each step to be taken and working towards the successful conclusion - finished goods arriving at the customer's warehouse or production centre.
